Tupelo, OK (August 11, 2024) – A woman from Ada lost her life in a wreck that happened just north of Tupelo on Thursday afternoon, August 8. Police report the fatal crash occurred when Candace Bouska, 36, was attempting to make a left turn onto State Highway 3 from State Highway 48. Her vehicle was struck by a semi-truck that was headed east on State Highway 3. Bouska was pronounced deceased at the crash scene by responding paramedics. Police in Tupelo continue to investigate the details of the accident.
