Oklahoma City, OK (August 2, 2024) – A car crash was reported to police in Oklahoma City on the evening of August 2 that ended in injuries. Emergency crews including EMTs, police, and fire crews were dispatched to the crash site shortly after the wreck happened to help the involved parties. Reports from authorities show the collision occurred on Northwest 40th Street near North May Avenue. At this time, it remains unclear what caused the crash to happen. Those with serious injuries were taken to the hospital and treated as necessary. The names of the involved parties remain unknown at this time. Road closures occurred in the area and local motorists were urged to use alternate routes to avoid delays.
