Oklahoma City, OK (March 8, 2024) – Police in Oklahoma City responded to a deadly pedestrian-involved traffic accident on Thursday morning, March 7. At approximately 1:00 a.m., the incident took place near North East 23rd Street and Sooner Road. According to information provided by local officials, police received a call concerning a man lying in the roadway in the area. When they arrived at the scene, they found the man had lost his life. Shortly thereafter, another call was made to local authorities from a person claiming they may have struck an individual on their way home. That individual continued to cooperate with the law enforcement investigation. Authorities continue to investigate.
