Oklahoma Car Accidents

Oklahoma City, OK - Auto Accident Ends in Injuries on 51st St near South Western AveTraffic accidents happen in Oklahoma all the time. Each year, these wrecks happen over 50,000 times on average. The number of people who sustain injuries in these collisions continues to rise. Tens of thousands of individuals suffer injuries in Oklahoma car wrecks per year. Sadly, hundreds end up losing their lives in Oklahoma car crashes annually. Driver negligence is the main cause of American car wrecks, causing over 92% of them each year.

Negligence can be displayed by drivers in several different ways. Distraction, fatigue, speeding, and intoxication are the main types seen on American roadways today. For example, over 30% of the national accident fatality rate is caused by drivers who allow themselves to become intoxicated before they get behind the wheel. Intoxicated driving is dangerous in that it reduces our ability to react promptly, hinders our motor skills, and impairs our judgment. Drunk/high driving often results in accidents that end in injuries or death for those involved.

If you or a member of your family has been hurt by a negligent driver, you deserve to be able to recover without worrying about money.
