Muskogee Co., OK (May 18, 2024) – A woman identified as Hailey Fairchilds, 21, of Warner, lost her life after a two-vehicle accident that occurred in Muskogee County. Reports from authorities show it happened on OK-2 near Zenith Street when two vehicles collided. Fairchild was transported to a hospital in Muskogee by Muskogee EMS where she was later pronounced deceased. Police continue to investigate.
