Loco, OK (August 17, 2024) – One person was killed and another critically injured following an auto accident in the Loco area on Friday, August 16. The deadly crash was reported at the corner of N. 3030 Road and E. 1830 Road that afternoon, around 3:45 p.m. Emergency responders were quickly rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties.
Local reports indicated that the driver of one of the vehicles sustained fatal injuries in the impact. A passenger in that vehicle was critically injured and was airlifted to Oklahoma University Health in Oklahoma City for treatment. At this time, the circumstances leading to the fatal collision have not yet been determined. No further information on the crash is currently available. Local law enforcement officials are handling the ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash.
