Fatal Motorcycle Collision on Interstate 444 in Tulsa County Claims Life of 69-Year-Old
A tragic accident on Interstate 444 in Tulsa County has resulted in the loss of a life. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), 69-year-old Steven Fennell of Tulsa passed away following a collision Sunday afternoon around 5:30 p.m.
Troopers reported that Fennell and another motorist were both traveling eastbound on I-444 when an approaching fire truck entered the roadway with its emergency lights and sirens activated. The driver ahead slowed to yield for the emergency vehicle. Fennell rear-ended the slowing car on his motorcycle, causing him to go down. Next of kin has been notified, and OHP confirmed the other driver did not sustain injuries.
