Devastating Weekend Crash: 8 Injured After Vehicle Plows Into Broken Arrow Diner

A peaceful Saturday morning turned into a scene of utter chaos this weekend when a vehicle crashed directly through the front glass of the Oneta Station Diner in Broken Arrow. The incident, which occurred at approximately 10:32 a.m. on June 20, left eight people injured and a community deeply shaken.

Emergency response teams rushed to the busy restaurant near Highway 51, where they discovered multiple victims both inside and around the building. All eight injured individuals were transported to local hospitals for urgent medical treatment. Authorities have confirmed that two of the victims are teenagers, and at least one person remains in critical condition.

While investigators have stated they do not believe the crash was intentional, the exact cause is still under active investigation. No arrests have been made.

Understanding Your Rights After a Premises Liability Crash

When an everyday activity—like enjoying breakfast with family—ends in a severe accident, the physical, emotional, and financial toll can be overwhelming. Victims are suddenly forced to deal with mounting medical bills, lost wages from missed work, and long-term recovery.

Even if a crash is deemed accidental by the police, property owners, business operators, or the driver may still be held legally liable for the damages under Oklahoma personal injury and premises liability laws.
