Catoosa, OK (July 12, 2024) – A traffic accident in Catoosa ended in injuries. Responders were sent to the scene shortly after it happened near 165th East Avenue at around 11:32 p.m. on June 6. A woman identified as Kathy Thao was headed west on I-44 toward the exit ramp when she failed to negotiate a curve, causing her vehicle to leave the road to the left. Thao, 23, was taken to Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa in stable condition with injuries to her trunk. Her passenger, 32, identified as Kaxong Xiong, was also taken to Saint Francis Hospital in stable condition.
