Blanchard, OK (June 15, 2024) – One person lost their life after a collision in Blanchard on Friday, June 14. At around 1:16 p.m., the accident happened on North Council Avenue near Windmill Avenue. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirmed that Raquel Anderson, 29, lost her life at the scene shortly after the accident occurred. Reports show that three vehicles crashed under circumstances that remain unclear. One other driver sustained injuries and was taken to a local hospital. Police in Blanchard continue to investigate.
